• Gloria has trained staff members at private agencies and schools providing services to special education students.

• Gloria has coached hundreds of families across NY to prepare them for their IEP meetings.

• Gloria also co-authored a policy manual for a major city education agency to best assist students in preschool.

• Gloria has co-authored best practices guidelines for a child welfare agency on educational placements for children in foster care.
